Founded in 2013 as part of the British WYG Group, RECREW HR underwent a rebranding in 2017 and has since operated as an independent company with Polish capital. Initially, as a small Employment Agency, we focused on the Polish market. Back then, we were already cooperating with renowned brands such as ERGO HESTIA, MAKRO Cash&Carry, Carrefour, Castorama, Auchan, and OBI, and had the pleasure of supporting important events such as the Open’er Festival.
Seeing the growing demand for Polish specialists abroad, we decided to expand to countries such as Germany, Norway and Sweden. We specialize in recruitment for the broadly understood construction and finishing industry, and our cooperation with the Swedish trade unions BYGGNADS in 2019 was a milestone in our dynamic development.
In 2021, we expanded our services to the medical industry, recruiting both support staff and Specialist Physicians. As a leader in the recruitment market in Poland and Scandinavia, we are constantly developing our offer, responding to the needs of our Clients in various sectors – from manufacturing to service.
Successes and future plans:
In 2023, we completed a number of significant investments and achievements:
- We have doubled the number of our internal employees.
- We have modernized and expanded our car fleet.
- We have opened a new department that deals with the delegation of workers from the East.
- In 2022, our revenues increased by 60%, and we plan to grow by 100% in 2023.
- We joined the POLKRONA association, which brings together Polish enterprises in Sweden.
